1. Open Your File
First of all open your file. Go to File option top of the upper left corner. And click on the Open or (CTRL+O) option.

2. Choose Your Related File

3. Unlock Your Image
After insert your image in Photoshop. First you will unlock this image just double click on the image layer that shown in right side of your screen. You can see a little lock sign. It mean this layer is lock. You can’t edit or work on this layer before unlock it.

4. Type your File Name
When you will double click on this image layer a new box will open as like image below. Now you can easily type your file name, changed the color, mode, opacity.

After changing this setting, now your layer name has changed and this layer has unlocked. When you unlock layer this lock sign has invisible.

5. Take A New Layer
Now you will take a new layer just click on the “Create New Layer” button. You can see at bottom of the layer panel.

6. Color Picker
In this step you will change the color into the black. Just click on the color picker option, choose the black color and click on the OK button as like in this picture.

7. Gradient Tool
After choosing the color now select the gradient tool and choose the “Paint Bucket Tool”.

Now apply this black color with the help of Paint Bucket Tool.

In this step we will apply some filters. Go to Noise > Add Noise.

10. Using The Blur Filter

Now set the Radius (1.0) pixels. And click on the OK button.

11. Motion Blur
Now go back in Filter option. Click on the Blur > Motion Blur.

Apply the Motion Blur and set the Angle and Distance. After setting these option and click on the OK button.

12. Blending Mode
After this step you will click on the Blending Mode option in the layer panel. And select the Screen option.

13. Zoom Out and Transform
Now zoom out this image, press the Ctrl+T and drag this selection from down to upper right corner. Adjust this selection and click on the “Commit Transform” button top of the menu bar.

14. How To Apply Animation
After complete the zoom out and transform process. Now click on the “Window” option at top of the menu bar. Select the Animation option.

After apply the Animation option then a Animation Frames box will opened.

15. Duplicates Selected Frames
With the help of this button you can take a new duplicate frame. After take the first duplicate frame you will move this layer from Up to Down with the help of your mouse.

You can used this option for animation timing. Click on the Play button from the bottom of the Timeline panel to preview the animation result.

17. Save The Animation GIF File
Go to File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy)…
- Choose GIF 128 Dithered option from the Preset menu.
- Choose 256 from the Colors menu.
- You can easily change the width and height fields in the image size options.
- Choose Forever option from the Looping Options menu.
After set these settings and click on the save button and select a destination for your animated GIF file.
